Very Simple Projects

FAQ

Projects, tickets, and the optional agent.

What is Very Simple Projects?

An iPhone app for your own projects and numbered tickets. Searchable, six statuses, a comment thread. You add a ticket in a field. You keep track of every project in one place.

Is this Jira?

No. No seventh floor, no 40 required fields, no colleague flooding the board, no project manager rearranging it. Your projects, your tickets. That is the point.

Do I invite teammates?

No. There is nobody here to collaborate with except an agent you choose to connect. If you don't, you just have a clean board.

Do I have to connect an agent?

No. Connect Claude, Agent Heim, or another assistant if you want them filing and following up. Connect several, each to a project. Or don't.

How does an agent connect?

OAuth: they send you here, you sign in, you pick the project. Or you mint a token under that project's Connect list and paste it. One token, one project. Docs: API.

What can a connected agent do?

File tickets, write in the thread, change status, star, use your labels. It cannot delete anything, create labels, or see other projects. You look at what they filed. They fix, they report back.

How do I add a ticket?

One field. Title plus a short body so you and the agent understand. Not a user story. Tickets are numbered 1, 2, 3 per project and stay searchable.

What are the statuses?

new, in progress, blocked, done, deployed, cancelled. Deployed means it is actually live, not that someone pushed.

How much does it cost?

$0.99 a month, first month free. Cancel in iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions.

What happens if I cancel?

Everything stays readable. Tickets can still be closed. Filing new ones and writing comments pause until you subscribe again.

Where is my data?

Amsterdam, EU, on Fly.io. We do not sell it or train models on it. Details: Privacy and GDPR.

How do I export or delete my account?

Delete the account and everything in it in the iPhone app, under Account, Danger zone. For an export, email verysimple@portfoliobox.net from the address on the account.
